Selection Field Types
Selection Field type includes three major sections
Choice
Checkbox
Dropdown
Auto Complete
Choice Field Type
Choice Field Type enables Forms to collect data from multiple choice
Setup a Choice Field
Click Create New Field to create a new field.
Mention the required field name.
Check / Uncheck Show as a placeholder if required.
Select the type as Choice.
Switch on mandatory if the field needs to be made mandatory.
Switch on Read-only if required so that the field does need not be filled. Also you can assign a particular field mapping to it using look up field type.
Enter the description as required.
Check / Uncheck Show as tooltip if required.
Mention the options required.
Select the default option required.
Click on clear default option to clear the default selection.
Click the edit icon to edit the options.
Click Delete icon to delete the options.
Click on Other option if required.
Click the "+" icon to add more options.
Switch on Add options Dynamically to add values dynamically from another spreadsheet.
Select the orientation as Row or Column.
Row - The options will appear horizontally in the form
Column - The options will appear vertically in the form
Switch on Show all options in generated. This is switched on to show all the options available in the generated document.
Switch on Custom CSS if required.
Switch on Generate QR code to generate QR code.
Switch on Mark as quiz field if you need to mark the field as quiz field.
Click on Insert field in Document icon to insert the particular field into the document.
Click Save to Save the field.
Click the Back to field list to go back.

Add options Dynamically
This add option dynamically feature is common for all selection field types (Multiple choice, Checkbox, Dropdown)
Switch on Add Options Dynamically to add options dynamically from Google Sheets.
Click on Choose to choose the spreadsheet that contains data.
This is the spreadsheet that contains the product details.
Click Change if the spreadsheet needs to be changed.
Select the Sheet tab that contains data.
Select Filter By if required
Select the Sheet Field that contains the value.
Note: Here we are filtering using the Category field. So once the category field is selected the corresponding products should be displayed automatically in the products field.
Here category is selected as Google Workspace.
So the corresponding products of Google Workspace are displayed in the products field.
Here category is selected as Web App.
So the corresponding Web Apps are displayed in the products field.
Checkbox Field Type
Checkbox Field Type enables Forms to collect data from checkbox.
Setup a Checkbox Field
Click Create New Field to create a new field.
Mention the required field name.
Check / Uncheck Show as a placeholder if required.
Select the type as Checkbox.
Switch on mandatory if the field needs to be made mandatory.
Switch on Read-only if required so that the field does need not be filled. Also you can assign a particular field mapping to it using look up field type.
Enter the description as required.
Check / Uncheck Show as tooltip if required.

Select the default option required.
Click on the clear default option to clear the default selection.

Select the Fillable Field.
Click the delete icon to delete the filter.
Click on the add icon to add more filters.
Select the required Result field.
Mention the required width as required.
Switch on Show all options in generated. This is switched on to show all the options available in the generated document.

Switch on Mark as quiz field if you need to mark the field as quiz field.

This is the spreadsheet that contains the product details.
Once the result field is selected the values from the result field will be appended to the corresponding field.
Once a text is entered it will automatically display all the matching values for the text as a dropdown.
