Deliver Documents

Delivering the documents can be achieved in three simple steps

  • Email Templates (multiple)

  • Attachments (generated doc/pdf)

  • Delivery

Email Template

  • Click the Menu icon.

  • Select Email Template from the list of menus.

(Multiple email templates can be configured in Fillable Document.)

  • Switch on Send Email if the data needs to be sent through email.

  • The Default email template will be displayed.

  • Click on the Edit icon to edit the email template.

  • Click on Delete icon to delete the email template.

  • Click on ADD TEMPLATE to add a new email template.

  • Click the Edit icon to customize the email template as required.

  • Mention the required To, Cc, Bcc, Reply to, Subject, Message, etc...

  • The generated files can be attached to the email template.

Attachments (generated file formats)

  • The required file formats that are selected in the document template will be displayed below.

  • This attachment will be based on the Document Template format selection.

  • Select the required generated file formats that need to be attached to the email template.

  • Click on Save to save the email template.

  • Click on Cancel to cancel the template.

Using the form fields dynamically inside a email template

You can also set the form responses values dynamically and send the email based on the user input values.


Deliver the generated documents to the user who is filling the form.


Step 1: Add email field inside your document template Ex: ${Company}

Step 2: Open your email template and click on the any three vertical symbol.

Step 3: Import the fields dynamically inside your email template.

Step 4: Save the email template.

Insert System Fields

By using Field Picker you can insert system fields into email template.

The currently supported system fields are

  • Form Author Email

  • Form Respondent Email

  • Respondent First Name

  • Respondent Last Name
